- 2. Pain and the young athlete. Pain has become a common feature of the young athlete. What are the implications of pain for the athlete’s health and performance and when should we act?
- 3. Ability vs Skill: What can we modify? Ability is the inherent capacity each person has to complete a movement. Skill is something that is learnt and that can be taught. This session provides an insight into how skill in a sport can be trained. It identifies different requirements based on the different types of skill.
